CONTROTEK Ball valves are designed and manufactured in accordance with latest international standards like API 6D and BS 5351 to provide highest safety, efficiency and accuracy.
All CONTROTEK Ball valves are available in various end connections like Threaded, Socket- Weld, Butt- Weld, Victaulic, Flanged in Raised Face and Ring Type Joint ends. These types of end connection have wide range of applications in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries, Desalination, Water Treatment, Power Generation, Nuclear & Atomic energy, Chemicals, Fertilizers and Fuel Oil Controls.
CONTROTEK Ball Valves have anti blowout stem and our specially designed stem seal guarantees zero leakage through the gland for a long period. CONTROTEK Ball Valves are available in manual lever operated, manual gear operated, pneumatic and electrically operated design.
Mirror finished solid or hollow stainless steel balls to obtain bubble tight sealing and lower operating torques, mirror finished SS balls are used as a standard. The solid construction of the balls for pressure rating ASME 300 # and higher pressure rating guarantees enhanced structural strength.
Trunnion mounted Ball is an improved design feature of floating Ball design. Trunnion mounting protects the Valve seats from both sides by holding the Ball by the operating shaft and Trunnion shaft. It also will avoid shifting of Ball to both upstream and downstream sides. Thus avoiding any extra torque or pressure on the seats.
